Never had a better experience, Priscilla was so warm and inviting and I learned a lot from her! She's definitely going to be my pick for my renewal!

I've been renewing my BLS for about 15 yrs now and every two years it was different situations but majority were not as engaging and found myself "just there". This class was VERY engaging where I was able to retain information and was actually invested in participating. Class started at the exact time it was scheduled. The class was very interesting and time went by so fast. I would recommend this instructor to anyone who is passionate about learning. She is very down to earth and if you have questions she's very welcoming and open to answering them. I will most likely be retaking my certifications with this instructor.

The instructor was very patient and friendly. She gave clear instructions, and gave us real life scenarios to think about. Clean comfortable facility and took the time to answer all our questions. 👍
